Strawberry Marble Cheesecake


Strawberry Marble Cheesecake..  Easy to make and very yummy!!!



Crust:
1/4 cup butter,
melted1 cup graham cracker crumbs3 tablespoons sugar

Cheesecake:
24 ounces cream cheese,
softened3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs10 ounces frozen strawberries (thawed), in syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Recipe for Strawberry Marble Cheesecake:

- Puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender.
- Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then cool.
- Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust then add half of the strawberry mixture by spoonfuls to the batter.
- Pour remaining batter into the pan then add the remaining strawberry mixture by spoonfuls. Swirl the mixture with a knife until it resembles a marbled effect.
- Bake at 300 F. for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Allow Strawberry Marble Cheesecake to cool then remove from rim of pan.
- Chill overnight before serving.

Butter Cake


Butter cake...very easy to bake and the original taste...

Butter Cake Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk



Butter Cake Direction:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- Lightly grease one 8 inch square baking pan.
- Line bottom with wax paper or dust lightly with flour.
- Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Cream the butter and blend in the white sugar, eggs, and vanilla. 
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
- Stir until just blended.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. 
- Remove from pan and allow it to cool.

Ice Cream Tiramisu Cake


Ice Cream Tiramisu Cake..with Espresso and Coffee ice cream..Very good combination..

Ice Cream Tiramisu Cake Ingredients :
1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups brewed espresso
1/3 cup coffee flavored liqueur
1 (9 inch) sponge cake
1/4 cup finely ground espresso beans
2 pints espresso ice cream
2 pints coffee ice cream


Ice Cream Tiramisu Cake Ingredients :
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in espresso and coffee liqueur.
- Let cool completely.
- Split the sponge cake in half horizontally to make two layers.
- Place bottom layer in a serving dish.
- Brush with 3/4 cup coffee syrup.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons ground espresso evenly over surface of cake.
- Beat the espresso ice cream with the paddle attachment of an electric mixer until spreadable.
- Spread over bottom cake layer.
- Place the top cake layer over the ice cream.
- Brush with remaining coffee syrup.
- Place in freezer 30 minutes.
- Beat the coffee ice cream until spreadable.
- Spread the ice cream over the frozen cake, and swirl to make pretty.
- Return cake to freezer until firm.

Blueberry Baked Cake


Blueberry Baked Cake..This cake very easy to bake and so yummy with blueberries fruit..

Blueberry Baked Cake Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour2
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1/2 cup milk
2 cups blueberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Blueberry Baked Cake Directions:
- Sift flour once, add salt and baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat thoroughly.
- Add flour and milk, alternately, until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Fold in berries.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until cake tests done..
